What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Pharmacie de Garde is designed to show public pharmacy duty information. We collect only what is needed to run the app and display ads.

• Location (optional): If you allow location access, your device location is used on your device to find nearby pharmacies de garde. You can deny this permission and still search by city.
• Search choices: City names and filters such as day, night, or 24-hour duty are used to display matching pharmacies.
• Device and advertising data: Google AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve and measure ads.
• Support messages: If you contact us, we use the information you send to reply to you.

We do not require an account, and we do not collect health records, prescriptions, or payment information.

Comments

This product does not provide a public comments form. We do not collect comment text, commenter IP addresses, or Gravatar data through the Pharmacie de Garde app.

Media

The app displays pharmacy information and maps. It does not ask you to upload images. If a website page includes images, avoid uploading files with embedded location data (EXIF GPS), because visitors can download and extract that data.

Cookies

The mobile app itself does not use website login cookies. Our website may use essential cookies needed for the site to function, and advertising partners may use cookies or similar identifiers as described in their own policies.

If you visit a login page on the website, a temporary cookie may be set to check whether your browser accepts cookies. That cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

How long we retain your data

Search and location lookups used to show nearby pharmacies are not stored as a user profile on our servers. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request. Advertising partners retain data according to their own retention rules.

What rights you have over your data

You can refuse location permission in your device settings, reset your advertising identifier, and uninstall the app at any time. You can also email us to ask what personal data we hold about you and to request deletion of support correspondence, except where we must keep it for legal or security reasons.

Where your data is sent

Pharmacy listings are fetched so the app can show current duty information. Advertising and store services may process technical data outside your country, including outside Morocco and the European Economic Area, under the safeguards described in those providers’ privacy policies.
